I gotta tell ya to me these two things should generally go together. If you have drive, you must have passion. It really doesn’t seem possible to me, you would be able to have one and not the other. I am sure most critics, and/or experts would agree. What if the two are not on the same level so to speak? You have your drive, the almighty physical aspect of it all. It seems to be stuck in granny gear. Nevertheless, your passion is full of vigor. Maybe it is the other way around. Your passion lacks heart. We all know that passion is the emotional side of things. Your emotions could be weighing heavy on your proverbial shoulders. Yet, your drive, your body is geared up and ready to go. In my opinion which is derived from much thought. Wait maybe it is a thought that stems from my opinion hmmm. Thought VS Opinion that is a whole ‘nother mine for your mind to step around, over, through, if you dare. Back to my opinion. If your drive is there, yet your passion is low. You are basically going to end up pacing around the house from sheer boredom. Doing a little bit of each activity that comes to mind. NO passion no focus you can’t get anything finished. for instance, you workout, but only for and hour. You head outside to do yard work, if you are lucky the leaves get raked. I believe you get the idea. If your passion level is raised yet your drive is down in the dirt. You will more than likely sit around thinking about all the things you should be doing, maybe even need to get done, and you won’t be able to bring yourself to do them. For me the problem stems from having too many things on my mind. Too many activities that I want to get done and I feel like there is not enough time in the day. No time management skills being put to work here. Instead of putting my day in some kind of order, and carrying it out with some kind of picture perfect precision. I let my thoughts fester up there in my mind. The longer I take to get moving, the more stress builds from not having anything done and time starts slipping away. Next thing you know the day is half over and not one thing on my list has been taken care of. I am going to cut this a little short, but I will conclude this rant by saying this. To turn the epic battle of Drive VS Passion into a tag team event. You need to throw some focus and commitment into the ring.
