I have decided that I can’t continue to be angry or frustrated with my life. I have to move on as best as I can, with what I am given to work with. Besides, a lot of people do not want to read about your frustrations and misgivings. People want to read about how you got over them. There are those that will read all your stuff and sympathize with you. I am not one to look for sympathy, rather a solution to my situation. Whatever it may be for that day. That having been said, I am going to be more positive in my writings. Just in case you didn’t read the title, I have decided to make today tantalizing Tuesday. I am going to ramble a bit and at the end I am going to put in a new recipe I created. I thought it came out pretty good.
I wonder what ever happened to the single serving size Egg Nog. I do not see it any more I really love the single serving size. does anybody know what ever happened to the single serving size Egg Nog. Hey do you think they should make Egg Nog pudding?
If yesterday is dead and gone and tomorrow never comes. How come today doesn’t last as long as it used too?
With the separation of church and state, if you praise God while saluting the flag are you committing some kind of mortal sin?
I promised you folks a recipe and here it is:
1lb. beef cut into bite size chunks
1lb. pork cut into bite size chunks
cut 1 yellow bell pepper, and one red onion
into 1/2 inch squares.
fine chop 2 nice sized tomatoes
and a pinch or two of crushed reds
In large pot put in two tbsps. olive oil
and two tbsps. butter.
toss in 2-3 tbsps. garlic and saute meat.
when your meat is between 1/2-3/4 done
add in veggies and tomatoes.
add in adobo sauce and chilis
most important part….TASTE IT!!
you can always add a little salt and pepper if needed.
serve over rice
