Return and Refund Policy
IF YOU REQUIRE A RETURN, REFUND, OR WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE GO TO OUR RETURN PORTAL FOR A SEAMLESS PROCESS OF RETURN.
All of our products come with a 60-Day Replacement Warranty -- we can only replace items with manufacturing errors or breaks within this time frame. Your warranty covers ONE replacement.
**Warranties do not cover clearance/final sale items, replacement items, dirty products, wear and tear, or water damage (our watches are water resistant, not waterproof).

You have 30 days from your fulfillment (processing) date to return a broken item for a refund, and 60 days to return a broken item for store credit or replacement.
If 30 days or 60 days have gone by since you've bought the product(s), unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you a refund or exchange. Please understand that we are not a big company where used items returned to us are still being compensated by the manufacturers no matter what conditions they are in. Because while you get your money back, we cannot get ours back from the manufacturer nor can we re-sell the used items you sent back to us to at least compensate the cost to purchase these items.
Therefore, please be considerate when sending a return and asking for a refund by making sure your item is in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please visit our return portal at https://boomersperch.com/a/returns to begin the process. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is often some delay in processing time before a refund is posted. Please do not file a dispute or charge back as it will only delay the refund processing time even further if one has already been initiated. Just contact us and we will always get it resolved quickly by contacting our bank and have an expedited refund request be placed on your account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, shipping cost and sale items cannot be refunded. So if a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and sometimes up to $9.95 handling fee depending on the item's condition.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for instruction.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
To return your product, you should email us for shipping instruction. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
