All orders of in-stock items are typically processed within 24 business hours. This is the process where your orders are being entered in our internal order system to create a work order for production or fulfillment requests depending on where the items you ordered are coming from.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Typically, after processing and/or production time, ESTIMATED delivery time is about 5-7 business days from the day your order was shipped.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled. But this is a case-by-case basis. DO NOT hesitate to contact us firstname.lastname@example.org -- we will always do our best to find a way to solve the issue at hand.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Boomers Perch can NOT be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will also be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Boomers Perch will NOT be held responsible for customs taxes.
When Will My Items Arrive?
Items should be received within 5-7 business days depending on your location, except international deliveries which vary by country. For other specialties and popular in-demand items, please allow up to 4-6weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
Where Are My Items Coming From?
Our primary warehouse is in the United States, but some of our items are located and/or produced in the other countries such as the United Kingdom, Poland, Malaysia, and China.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.'

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS and e-Packet mail will not have tracking numbers or will have unreliable tracking information.
Shipping costs make shopping no fun. Don't you agree? So, we TRY our best to offer FREE shipping or low shipping rates as much as possible. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the shipping option and what the cost will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Do You Ship Outside of the USA?
Yes, we do. Although, as much as we want to offer FREE shipping to all international orders, it's not always possible to do so due to it being very costly. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
